The HT308G-2TF-PI is an Ethernet IEEE802.3 media converter capable of transmitting 8 ports of 10/100/1000Base-T over fiber. All 8 ports feature full physical isolation, each achieving bidirectional 8*1000M bandwidth with fiber distances of 20/40/60/80 kilometers. Each of the 8 Gigabit Ethernet electrical ports possesses its own independent Gigabit bandwidth, transmitted via a single fiber. The Ethernet signals received at the remote end are completely independent, free from mutual interference or impact, achieving true physical isolation.
The HT308G-2TF-PI is ideal for financial, securities, security, and similar departments requiring simultaneous construction of internal and public information networks with 8 highly physically isolated networks; scenarios with extremely limited fiber resources yet demanding numerous independent Ethernet pathways; and environments where 2*10GbE fiber ports enable 1+1 fiber port backup or daisy-chain networking.
