This product is similar in function to Ethernet fiber optic transceivers. In fact, the core technologies are completely different. Ethernet optical cats are actually a combination of PDH optical transceivers and E1/Ethernet converters, because so far, The long-distance transmission network is still the most densely distributed SDH transmission network, and the most abundant and the cheapest one in SDH is the E1 port. Therefore, in the large-user access scheme that has been popularized in the past two years, the following two schemes are the most common.
Disadvantages of traditional programs:
High cost, multiple device transfer times, and difficulty in unified network management
There are many times of equipment rotation, difficulty in unified network management, and easy data leakage (because node A and node B are often not in the user's computer room, they are always in the operator's computer room, so the data is easily intercepted from the Ethernet port)
