MPO/MTP adaptor provides alignment for a male and female MPO/MTP connector, its simple to use locking thread mechanism preventing accidental disconnection, this provides a very secure connection. The housing is available with MTP or SC footprint, aligned or opposed alignment keys, different colours and with options for flange or flangeless body.

MTP光纤跳线连接器为MT系列连接器之一，MT系列的插芯都采用插芯端面上左右两个直径为0.7mm的导引孔与导引针（又叫PIN针）进行精准连接。MTP连接器与光纤光缆加工后可生产出各种形式的MTP跳线。MTP跳线可以有8芯，12芯， 24芯设计。目前使用最多的是12芯的MTP连接器。MPO连接器的紧凑设计，使MPO跳线芯数多，体积小。MPO跳线被广泛应用于在布线过程中需要高密度集成光纤线路环境中，FTTX及40/100GSFP、SFP+等收发模块或设备内外部的连接应用。MTP光纤跳线可用于各种各样的应用中。如：骨干网，光纤配线，高密度数据中心环境，仓库，带状光缆终端，快速维修设置和播放系统解决方案，以及服务器之间的并行光互连。MTP多芯跳线可满足当今要求苛刻的高速宽带和数据网络所需的性能和可靠性。
