Once your order is received, our sales Representative will send you a Proforma invoice (PI) via email, which carefully summarizes all details of your order along with our sales condition
2. Once you receive our PI, please review accuracy, and if all is correct, you are kindly requested to sign it and return via fax or email. Should there be any discrepancy on the PI, please contact us immediately, so we can make the necessary adjustments.
3. Please arrange T/T or L/C according to PI confirmed.
4. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you another email message attaching the Commercial Invoice (CI).

Standard Warranty Policy of H&T Products
Definition: “Starting Date” as used in this warranty policy means (i) the date this product is delivered from the manufacturing site of H&T Optoelectronic Co.,Limited. (“H&T”), or (ii) in the case of resale by an authorized reseller of H&T, the date is not more than 360 days since original delivery date of this product by H&T.
I. Warranty
H&T warrants for software and hardware for a period of certain days from the Starting Date.
1. The warranty period of software is ninety (90) days. If the software does not comply with the functional standards mentioned in the product instructions, or the software media incurs problems in material and workmanship under normal authorized use consistent with the product instructions within the warranty period, H&T will replace the media or repair the defects for free. For the defects, H&T has the discretion to decide repair with software patches, replacement with upgraded software or refund of the software.
2. The warranty period of hardware is one (1) year replaceable, three year(3) repair. If the hardware incurs problems in material and workmanship under normal authorized use consistent with the product instructions within the warranty period, H&T will provide return-to-factory repair after receiving an application, with a thirty (30) days turnaround from the date of receipt of the product at H&T Service Center. H&T, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the failure hardware. The replacement hardware may be new or refurbished equipment of the same type, function and quality. The failure hardware which has been replaced belongs to H&T. H&T will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship the replacement hardware within thirty (30) days after receipt of the product at Service Center. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the customer location.
3. Dead On Arrival (DOA). Within thirty (30) days from the Starting Date, H&T will provide expedited replacement of hardware that has no appearance damage upon unpacking but fails to operate within forty-eight (48) hours of initial installation. ”Fail to operate” shall mean a material failure to substantially perform in accordance with the hardware’s technical specifications (excluding exterior nick or other deficiencies that do not materially affect hardware performance). H&T will deliver a new replacement unit within two (2) business days of H&T’ receipt and confirmation of the customer’s report of such DOA. Defective hardware must be returned within fifteen (15) business days once receiving the replacement, otherwise the customer shall pay purchase price of replacement hardware. Customers outside of Chinese Mainland (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) should allow for additional transit time due to transportation reasons.
II.RMA application&procedure
RMA policy
(1)RMA authorization number must be obtained from our Service Department prior to returning any product
(2)It is mandatory to return RMA product(s) together with the followings:
The product with clear serial number label.
Proof of purchase (a clear copy of the original invoice and packing list*) must be included.
All returned product(s) are marked with specific problem(s) on a masking tape.
(3)All RMA shipments to H&T must be pre-paid, with the RMA number clearly marked on the label/box.
Collect shipments will not be accepted.
H&T is not responsible for any loss/damage in transit.
(4)If point (1) to (3) is not fulfilled, our Service Department will not process the RMA and will return the RMA product(s) to the customers COLLECT.
(5)H&T will return the repaired/replaced product(s) to customers using express or together with custmoer’s new order.
(6)When making inquiries, always refer to your RMA number
(7)All RMA product(s) will be replaced or repaired at our discretion within the terms and limits of the warranty
(8)Improper packaging, physical damage or alternation of serial numbers will void all warranty.
3.Procedure
(1)Please obtain a RMA Request Form by phone or fax from our Service Department
(2)Fill in the RMA Request Form completely. Please specify the problem(s) of the product(s) as precise as possible. It is essential to speed up the process.
(3)Return the RMA Request Form with a clear copy of invoice(s) and packing list*.
(4)Our Service Department will issue a RMA number on the RMA Request Form and return to you by fax.
(5) A RMA number is not a proof of receipt.
