Overview

10/100M Centralized Managed media converter is a highly reliable, low-cost Ethernet media converters, its role is to efficiently achieve  conversion between 10M, 100M Ethernet port and optical port. It supports a variety of rates, single-mode / multi-mode, single fiber / dual fiber. This equipment set up simple network management interface, full-featured. It supports a variety of network management, including SNMP, WEB and Console and other means, and can concentrate on the management of rack chassis.

Network management features

■Master-slave structure, provide network management card (Master,slave,), cascade up to 4 chassis for management

■Network management card failure does not affect the normal work of the other modules

■Support SNMP,Telnet,Web based graphic mode and command-line management;

■Network management port:RS232 Console Port (RJ45) and 10/100Mbps RJ45 Ethernet Port

■San display and configure complete systems, including rack name, geographical information, IP addresses and related information, such as hardware and software version number

■The original laying of IP113A/C/F/M media converter can be unified management to reduce procurement costs

■can query detailed working status of power supply and media converter, display the temperature of rack, can realize failure reported.

■support remote power-down detection, can detect Tx terminal fiber connection status through the wrong signal sent by the opposite end

■Support failure transfer function, quickly locate position of the link failure occurred, in order to facilitate the maintenance;

■Support SNMP network management agreement, can set up Trap Destination and Community Name, as well as the appropriate authority, receive and display real-time warning information in SNMP Trap way, provide special monitoring window, and pop-up warning message, voice mail and alarm warning

■Provide  MIB database file, support OpenView, Snmpc software

■Powerful historical warning information and  log information query and management functions
