1) Does H&T have any stock for immediate delivery?
A) We have small quantity stock for standard version, all customized order, we will produce as per order. Please confirm with our sales representative with stock availability for urgent order.
2) Can we have special request on my orders such as packaging, labelling, etc?
A) Yes. We can customize any of your orders as you wish. Let us know in advance or when placing an order, so we can provide you with complete details for your approval.
3) Can we get the gross weight&dimension before my order so we can make a decision on the shipping way?
A) Yes. We can provide you with an approximate weight. At the same time, we can offer you our rates, so you can compare and decide on the best affordable way.
4) What if the estimated delivery date on the PI has passed and my order is still not shipped?
A) We strive in providing the closest ship out date estimated on your PI. However, if there should be a problem with your order, we will notify you immediately should any unforeseen delay occur.
5) Can we become a distributor for H&T:
A) Yes. We are welcome you become our distributor in your location, pls refer to distributor program.
6). Does H&T have a location in our country?
A) No, but we have appointed many agent or authorized distributor worldwide, Please contact our sales representative for checking if we have appointed agent or distributor in your location
7) What payment methods are accepted?
A) We accept payment by wire transfer in advance, or 30% T/T after PI confirmed, 70% before shipment, or 100% irrevocable L/C. This information is noted on the Proforma Invoice (PI). Currently we do not accept credit card or company check.
8) How long will it take to deliver?
A) We ship out orders quickly. If an item is in stock, it will normally be shipped out immediately, for standard sample, it takes 2-3days,for regular order, it takes around 7days. For customized order, the time will be subject to engineering changes and production schedule.
9) Will I still have to pay duties on my package?
A) Yes. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Duties are not included in our pricing. All importation charges will be paid by you.
10). Can we consolidate our variable items into as one shipment?
A). Yes of course. We can accept small order or various items mixed into one order so as to make shipping costs down.
